Tender Dry-Aged Steaks

Our juicy dry-aged steaks belong to the premier class of steaks. They impress due to their particular tenderness and intense flavour. These properties are achieved through elaborate preparation in which the meat is hung up to dry in a cooling chamber for a prolonged period of time and aged on the bone.

During this ageing period, the beef loses fluid and approximately 30% of its weight. As a result of this weight loss and the long ageing time, dry-aged steaks develop their characteristic nutty flavour – a taste highlight for every meat lover!
