For those who want to rely on us from appetizer to dessert, the Christmas menu is the right choice. Here you can choose from goose leg, Barbary duck, deer ragout from Brandenburg or grilled corn poulard. The savory main courses are flanked by parsnip-celery soup with pea foam and chorizo crumble, and sweet apple-calvados crème brûlée. An all-around festive menu for the joyful Christmas season.

Everyone has goose, but you’d rather have some juicy beef? How about our steak platter for 4 people. You will receive a whole flank (1200g) pre-cooked and with garnishes. Just finish frying and you’re ready to eat! Our Family Style steak platter comes with fries, salad, chimi churri sauce and vegetable garnishes. Everything, of course, homemade and pre-cooked so that you can finish it with normal kitchen utensils. This is a Christmas dinner how we like it!
