Our chef serves the best cuts that beef has to offer: Tomahawk, Irish Roast Beef and Dry Aged Rib Eye. We only use meat from species-appropriate husbandry of the highest quality from suppliers we trust.

Our special highlight is the tender dry-aged steak. This refers to dry-matured meat that is hung for several weeks and thus loses liquid. The result is a particularly intense aroma and delicate texture.
